DeLoache is a trustee of the Joe C. Davis Foundation, a Nashville-based foundation that assisted in the startup of the Tennessee Charter School Incubator. DeLoache currently serves on the board of the Metropolitan Nashville YMCA, on the board of Overseers of the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, and on the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Education 2020 Committee and its charter school support network. He has served as chairman of the board of Harding Academy, an independent K–8 school in Nashville, and as chairman of the board of the Dede Wallace Center, a mental health center in Nashville (now part of Centerstone).
