The Tennessee Charter School Incubator dedicates itself to training leaders to develop high-performing charter schools that serve as statewide and national models of education reform. Our goal is not to launch the most charter schools. Our goal is to launch the best charter schools.
Incubator-backed schools must meet an extremely high standard. It’s a big reason that Incubator schools score significantly higher than the district average on statewide tests, and it’s why Incubator schools consistently outperform many other charter schools in their districts.
