As chief talent strategy officer, Lieberman works to recruit top education-reform leaders to Tennessee through initiatives like the Education Entrepreneurs Fellowship. Lieberman was the founding dean of St. HOPE Leadership Academy Charter School in New York. Lieberman also was previously academic enrichment director at The Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, where she provided support services to students and data-driven instructional coaching to faculty. Prior to her career in education, Lieberman worked as a public relations account executive for Dera & Associates.
